This Risk Disclosure Statement (the "Risk Disclosure") is provided by Varntix Group Ltd ("Varntix," "we," "us," or "our") to help you understand the risks associated with using the Varntix platform and its services, including but not limited to earn, savings, and yield-related features.

This Risk Disclosure does not disclose all risks and should be read together with the Platform Terms of Service and the Earn Services Agreement.

Varntix does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement of any digital asset, product, or strategy.

You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform and any services is appropriate for you.

2. Risk of Loss

Digital assets are highly speculative and volatile.

You may lose some or all of the digital assets you deposit, allocate, or use on the Platform. Losses may occur rapidly and without warning.

You should not deposit or allocate assets that you cannot afford to lose.

3. No Guarantees

There are no guarantees of profit, yield, interest, or returns of any kind.

Any yields, APRs, rewards, or rates displayed on the Platform:

  • are not guaranteed;
  • may change at any time;
  • are estimates only.

Past or indicative returns are not indicative of future performance.

4. Market Risk

The value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly due to:

  • market demand and liquidity;
  • macroeconomic events;
  • regulatory developments;
  • technological changes.

These factors may result in partial or total loss.

5. Liquidity Risk

You may not be able to withdraw, redeem, or access your digital assets immediately.

Withdrawals or redemptions may be:

Digital assets held on the Platform are held in custody by Varntix or its service providers. Custodial risks include:

  • insolvency of custodial service providers.

Digital assets are not insured and are not protected by any government compensation scheme.

8. Technology and Operational Risk

The Platform relies on complex technology and infrastructure. Risks include:

  • software bugs;
  • system outages;
  • blockchain congestion;
  • network forks;
  • cyber-attacks.

Such events may affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

9. Regulatory and Legal Risk

Laws and regulations relating to digital assets vary by jurisdiction and may change at any time. Regulatory actions may:

  • impact asset availability or functionality.

Varntix may be required to take actions that adversely affect you to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Assets allocated through the Platform may be deployed directly or indirectly through third parties.

Such third parties may engage in various market activities, including trading or hedging across spot or derivatives markets.

These activities may result in losses, including total loss of allocated assets.

11. No Control Over Markets

Varntix does not control:

  • market prices;
  • blockchain networks;
  • third-party platforms;
  • macroeconomic or regulatory events.

You accept all risks arising from factors beyond Varntix's control.

12. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • understanding the risks described in this Risk Disclosure;
  • complying with applicable laws;
  • securing your account credentials;
  • monitoring your account activity.
